What types of projects does Lugbill Designs specialize in?
We are a full-service residential design-build firm specializing in luxury whole-home remodels, custom kitchen and bathroom renovations, and comprehensive interior design.
Do you offer furnishing and decor services without a full renovation?
Yes, we are flexible and can cater our services to your needs. We frequently manage furnishing-forward or “refresh” engagements that focus entirely on space planning, furniture curation, window treatments, and styling without major construction.
What does your design and remodeling process look like?
We execute our projects through a streamlined five-step journey: an initial Consultation, comprehensive Design, behind-the-scenes Planning, fully managed Construction, and a final white-glove Installation.
How will I know what the space will look like before construction?
We utilize a tech-forward approach in our design phase. By creating lifelike 3D renderings and visualizations, we allow you to confidently see your layouts and finalize material decisions before any physical renovation begins.
Do you handle the construction contractors and permits?
Yes, our general contracting services include full-service, in-house construction management. We handle all the moving parts so you don’t have to, including scheduling, budget management, trusted labor bids, permits, inspections, and HOA compliance.
Can you incorporate smart technology into my home remodel?
Absolutely. As part of our comprehensive general contracting services, we seamlessly manage smart home integration to ensure your space is as highly functional as it is beautiful.
Logistics, Pricing & Getting Started
How much does a typical remodeling project cost?
Because we tailor every design to the specific scale and needs of our clients, job costs can vary widely, typically ranging from $30,000 to $3,000,000. We always provide clear, upfront cost guidance during our initial consultation.
What geographic areas do you serve?
We proudly serve the greater Chicagoland area. This includes downtown high-rises in neighborhoods like Streeterville and the South Loop, as well as suburban homes across the North Shore, including Evanston, Winnetka, Wilmette, and Highland Park.
Where are your design offices located?
We operate out of two convenient physical locations in Chicago to serve both urban and suburban clients: a downtown office at 211 W Wacker Dr and a North Side office at 7011 N Glenwood Ave.
